Terms & Policies
Arrival:
Guests must arrive between 3pm and 11pm (unless pre-arrangements have been authorised). If booked over phone or desk, the full amount or small deposit is taken from the customer, usually a charge for one night.
Cancellations and No Shows:
There is no charge for cancellations and changes made 48 hours prior to arrival. Otherwise, in the event of a no show you will be charged for your booked stay.
If card details are requested upon failure to authorise booking we must be contacted within 48 hours or your booking will be cancelled. If this falls on your arrival date, the room will only be held until 6pm.
Payment:
Payment is made upon arrival. We cater for debit and credit cards.
Departure:
Check out is until 10.30am.
Penalties:
Our hotel has a strict no smoking policy. Any guests caught smoking may be expected to pay a fine.
Any damages in the hotel from guests will result in a fine for replacing damaged items. We may require payment for fines charged by cash or card.
